The Clinical Supervisor/Team Leader (TL) for our new SSM Urgent Care Team provides clinical supervision for clinical and support staff. TLs also provide individual supervision, ensure Quality Assurance (QA) standards are met, arranges/schedules/ and provides necessary training, writes performance evaluations and individual development plans, writes reports, acts as a liaison with other teams inside the hospital and PfP, and outside agencies as needed, and gathers and incorporates outcome data and client feedback; writes reports and assists with inpatient admissions and PfP enrollments, as well as track PfP enrollment from Urgent care referrals. General scope of development for direct reports should include clinical documentation monitoring, mentoring, teaching, nurturing, team well-being and identification of any additional supports. This TL will also be expected to collaborate with SSM partners and other community stakeholders. The shift for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day and the position will be based at 3635 Vista Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110).
